New Model Of Maruti Suzuki Swift To Arrive In India Soon.


The leaked pictures of the new model during its testing in Thailand have taken up the internet.
‘The new generation Suzuki Swift was first unveiled in Japan and then it made its global debut at the Geneva Motor Show, 2017. Swift being the most prominent name of Suzuki’s will soon be launching the new model in India’- Nirmal Singh Lotus Green.

According to the leaked images, it seems that new- gen Suzuki Swift sticks with its young and sporty side. The design was implemented on Swift Dzire and proved to be successful and is now being implemented on Swift as well. The new model is based on the HEARTECT platform, which is a much lighter version. 
Nirmal Singh Lotus Green says that it is a modified version of the B Platform, the platform on which the Baleno is based. It is believed that the new swift is a more agile model.  The company claims that after a certain changes and also with the objective of complying with global and Indian safety norms, the new model has been made safer for its users.

Nirmal Singh Lotus Green says that the new Suzuki swift has new sweptback headlamps that are sleek and come with LED DRLs. The model also has floating roof and with that is expected to also be a part of the iCreate customization league. The carved boot- lid comes with an integrated spoiler giving the car a fancy look. The new diamond cut alloy wheels make this a dream car for the car lovers.


Since the leaked image is of Thailand the cabin shows a left steering which would obviously be adjusted for Indian customers. The cabin has race-inspired twin-pod instrument cluster and infotainment unit.

Nirmal Singh Lotus Green says that it is expected that the new model will have 1.2 petrol and 1.3 diesel powertrains for its Indian range and there are chances that Maruti opts AMTs for both its petrol and diesel models.
