India Tops The List Of The Countries That Cannot Live Without The Internet

India has about 462 million users, just next to China. In a survey of the internet users across the world India has triumphed China, Germany and the US to become the number one country where the people cannot live without the internet. If we look at the data collected by Statista, India, amongst the 23 other countries where the survey had been conducted has topped the list where most of the people said that they would not be able to survive without the internet.

Nirmal Singh Lotus Green says that the survey was conducted to study the attitude of the public towards technology, and the results show how badly the citizens of India have become dependent on the technology that the majority of them think that it would be impossible for them to survive without the internet.

Nirmal Singh Lotus Green says that the ratio is as shocking as 82% of the internet users claiming that they would not be able to survive without the internet and it seems scary for them to even imagine their life without the internet. Very close to the mark of India, Brazil had 78% of the users say that they will not be able to comprehend a life without the internet.

Nirmal Singh Lotus Green says that, it is both shocking and interesting to see that the China despite being the most populous country was third on the list with 73% of the respondents saying that internet was a necessity in their lives now.

But it is not very shocking to see that India has topped the list of the most dependent people on the internet, Nirmal Singh Lotus Green says that India is a country with a large chunk of millennials and of young population that have not seen the time before the internet and it would be not fair to blame them for their addiction with the technology and the internet. Also, another fact that adds to the addiction of the internet services in the country is that it is a developing country and the connection with the world with the help of the internet has allowed them to have wide opportunities and they have also helped the growth of the country as a whole.
