This is also being considered to publicize Ardh Kumbh Mela in 2019 and to broadcast the fact that UP is, in fact, the center of Buddhism in India. To reach out to various international embassies and tourists from all over the world, the PR agency will be given the responsibility to place advertisements at certain cities and also in international newspapers and television channels.
